This training is for the healthcare staff at the Allegheny County Jail. The purpose of this training is to increase participants' knowledge of HIV, Hepatitis C, STIs, and counseling skills for opt-out testing.

- Discuss effective counseling techniques for administering opt-out HIV tests
- Discuss STI and HCV epidemiology
