Come join the anniversary celebration for the Partnership Comprehensive Care Practice which has been caring for those living with HIV for 25 years. The conference will focus on the aging HIV population, complexities of treatment and comorbidities including cardiovascular and neurological complications and bone disease. There will be two tracks: 1. Provider track which will be clinically focused; 2. Community track organized by the Partnership Consumer Advisory Board in collaboration with the Partnership Outreach Team.
