This class will be held at St. Paul's Baptist Church in Richmond VA

 

and register for the Rapid Testing On-line Class.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM,THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE ABLE TO:

· Demonstrate safe work practices

·Identify the QA steps required before, during and after rapid HIV testing

·List the steps of the HIV prevention counseling protocol in conducting the rapid HIV test

·Perform a waived rapid HIV test correctly

 

· Demonstrate the integration of HIV prevention counseling into the rapid testing process

 

 

Targeted Populations

A variety of the listed populations will be discussed at this event.

  • Young Adults (ages 18 to 24)
  • Older Adults (ages 50 and over)
