This full day conference will address the increasing complexities of care and treatment for an aging HIV population.
Epidemiology, care cascade, neurocognitive decline, mental health, multimorbidities, geriatric syndrome and long term care are among the various topics for discussion as well as current research and prevention
CME, CPE and CEU's will be provided including CEU's for social workers, counselors and therapists

OBJECTIVES :
- Describe the epidemiologic profile of older persons aging up with HIV/AIDS in Baltimore, the US and around the world
- Describe the impact of aging with HIV as it relates to bone health
- Describe the impact of aging with HIV as it relates to diabetes
- Describe Current research on HIV and Aging
- Describe the impact of aging with HIV as it relates to Neurocognitive Disorders
- Describe the impact of aging with HIV as it relates to HCV Co-infection
- Identify the complexities of caring for an aging HIV population with depression
- Describe the challenges and successes of Long Term Survivors
- Identify resources available for older adults
- Monitor the patient and adjust care plan as needed
